Founder & Travel Designer
Norma Roessler
I’m a recovering attorney, a writer, and a lifelong learner with the heart of a wanderer. Growing up, literature sparked my imagination; adventures like climbing a pre-Columbian pyramid at Chichén Itzá with my grandmother lit a fire in me to explore the world. I specialize in planning everything from fun getaways to immersive, customized adventures.

Travel doesn’t have to be stressful or overwhelming. I like to think of each client’s journey as a unique story – from inspiration to smallest detail, I’m here to help you write yours.

Memorable trip: My second journey to Africa, through Zambia, Zimbabwe and Botswana. Sunset on the Zambezi seems primordial: elephants wade in the depths, silhouetted against an ethereal mist rising from Victoria Falls. Drifting through the Okavango Delta, land and water blur and the soundtrack is birdsong and the basso call of hippos. Africa defies description - its beauty resplendent, its rhythm ancient and elegant, its balance delicate. It’s a place I carry with me - and one I can’t wait to return to.
-
Travel insight: My family bonded when we took time to slip away from the everyday... my daughters' favorite memories are of some shared adventure or lingering conversation on a beach. In travel, we experienced broadening of mind and clarity of heart.
-
Travel experiences: Hong Kong and Singapore, Africa, Europe, Israel, Greece, Hawaii, the Caribbean, Mexico, Costa Rica, Peru, Canada and New England, Alaska, the Pacific Northwest, the Rockies and Tetons, the West Coast, and just about every little nook and barbeque joint in the Southeast!

It's a wonderful world... now get out in it!

Memorable trip: One of my most memorable trips was my first journey to England as a teenager with my family. We spent a week in a peaceful coastal village, enjoying the restorative pace of the seaside, and then a week in bustling London. The striking contrast between the serene coast and the vibrant city left a lasting impression on me.
-
Travel insight: I’ve learned that while it’s important to indulge in the activities you love while traveling, it’s equally rewarding to step out of your comfort zone and embrace new adventures and cultural experiences. On my last trip abroad with my family, a surprising hit was an afternoon spent at a museum guided by an exceptional storyteller who brought history to life.

Memorable trip: I went on a multi-generational trip with my dad's side of the family in 2017. We did a Rhine River cruise, and it was amazing to see smaller cities that truly captured the culture of the area. One night, we all went into the small town where we were docked and listened to live music and enjoyed being all together in a brand new place. My grandfather has since passed, and this trip will always be a favorite because of the time we had together.

Travel insight: Take the trip now! Invite friends and family. Explore the world with those you love and enjoy good food, weather, and company.
