I’m a recovering attorney, a writer, and a lifelong learner with the heart of a wanderer. Growing up, literature sparked my imagination; adventures like climbing a pre-Columbian pyramid at Chichén Itzá with my grandmother lit a fire in me to explore the world. I specialize in planning everything from fun getaways to immersive, customized adventures for my clients.

You can read Rudyard Kipling, but when you sip a cocktail in the Writers’ Bar at Raffles in Singapore, you enter a world both untamed and elegant, where tigers once sauntered and writers scribbled in half-lit booths. You can study Shakespeare, but when you trace the worn sheep paths of Stratford-upon-Avon, you understand a little better what it’s like to live in the Bard’s skin.
Travel doesn’t have to be stressful or overwhelming. I like to think of each client’s journey as a unique story – from inspiration to smallest detail, I’m here to help you write yours.

Memorable trip: A multi-faceted adventure to South Africa, Zambia, and Zimbabwe. Hosted by locals, we toured the Cape, visiting historic towns where African penguins frolicked in the surf. We hopped a small bush plane to the Sabi Sands private game reserve, where we enjoyed locally-sourced cuisine and twice-a-day game drives. Finally, we flew to Zambia and stayed at the Royal Livingstone Hotel on the banks of the Zambezi River, where wild zebra and giraffes came to graze on the lawn against the backdrop of an ethereal mist rising from Victoria Falls.

Travel insight: My family bonded when we took time to slip away from the everyday... my daughters' favorite memories are of some shared adventure or lingering conversation on a tranquil beach. In travel, we experienced broadening of mind and clarity of heart.

Travel experiences: Hong Kong and Singapore, Africa, Europe, Israel, Hawaii, the Caribbean, Mexico, Costa Rica, Canada and New England, Alaska, the Pacific Northwest, the Rockies and Tetons, the West Coast, and just about every little nook and barbeque joint in the Southeast!

It's a wonderful world... now get out in it!

Entrepreneur Jim Kwik famously wrote, “Of all the books in the world, some of the best stories are found between the pages of a passport.”. This has always resonated with me as someone who enjoys travel and experiencing the beauty that is all around us. Having formally trained as a pastel/oil artist and spending years coordinating events, being a travel advisor allows me to combine my artistic eye and my obsession for detail to craft a unique experience for my clients as they write the stories of their own lives through travel.
The first stamp in my passport came at a young age on a photographic safari with fellow artists while exploring countries in Southern Africa. Between the beauty of wide-open spaces, amazing wildlife, rafting the Zambezi, 5-star meals in the middle of the Okavango Delta and high tea at the Victoria Falls Hotel, I can honestly say that a piece of my heart is a continent away. Those sparks of adventure fueled more trips back to Africa as part of the cast of a safari show featured on the Outdoor Channel. This passion for travel has taken me to many countries and is my driving force to plan adventures for my clients to also travel to incredible parts of this wonderful world of ours.
